Role overview
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Informatica MDM professional for a master data management development role. The position is based in India with work-from-office arrangements and a virtual interview process.

Key responsibilities
- Design and set up master data models, including base objects, hierarchies, packages, and related configurations in the MDM Hub Console.
- Create, tune, and govern match/merge logic, trust rules, and survivorship logic to eliminate duplicate records and maintain a single trusted view.
- Develop and support data integration flows and ETL processes with Informatica PowerCenter or IICS.
- Define profiling, cleansing, and validation controls that improve the consistency and quality of master data.
- Configure Informatica Data Director and Business 360 so data stewards can manage records and approve workflow actions.
- Connect with external platforms through batch jobs, message queues, and SIF APIs.
Required skills and qualifications
- Practical experience with Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director, and Informatica Data Quality.
- Exposure to Informatica Cloud MDM solutions, including IICS or IDMC.
- Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Ability to work with enterprise data models, integration workflows, and master data governance processes.
