  • Drive dependency planning and launch readiness for large, multi-team initiatives that span several engineering groups and downstream business functions.

  • Work closely with Engineering Managers and other functional leaders to reinforce accountability and ensure TPMs support delivery systems rather than replacing team ownership.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in building, scaling, or reshaping a TPM organization, including leadership of senior TPM talent and establishment of standards.
  • Strong technical understanding, with the ability to interpret architecture, assess engineering trade-offs, and engage credibly with senior engineering leaders.
  • Proven ability to design and run cross-functional execution systems between engineering teams and go-to-market or customer-facing functions.
  • Hands-on experience with program and project management platforms such as Linear or Jira, including the ability to set and enforce standards across multiple teams.
  • A clear point of view on where TPM responsibilities end and PMO-style work begins, with the discipline to avoid purely administrative operating models.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, especially in asynchronous and globally distributed working environments.
