About the Internship
This internship opportunity is targeted at candidates eager to contribute to growing an innovative brand specializing in electric vehicle (EV) charging technology. You will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the company's presence on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance product listings using thorough keyword research, attention-grabbing titles, detailed bullet points, and engaging descriptions to boost organic search rankings and increase conversions.
- Optimize listings through application of SEO-focused keywords, creation of A+ content, and effective use of product imagery to drive sales growth.
- Oversee account health by monitoring inventory levels and competitive pricing strategies.
- Review and interpret sales metrics and generate regular reports highlighting performance trends and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop techniques to encourage positive product reviews and elevate seller ratings across platforms.
- Stay informed about updates in e-commerce policies and emerging marketplace trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure synchronization of marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the logistics and shipping processes for orders efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction levels.
- Possess familiarity with Pan European Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) processes and relevant compliance regulations.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be able to work remotely from home.
- Available to work from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM Indian Standard Time, aligning with the UK company's 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT working hours.
- Ready to begin the internship between July 10, 2026, and August 14, 2026.
- Available for a continuous period of 5 months.
- Possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for e-commerce and digital content management.
Additional Requirements
- Demonstrated success in managing Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce accounts with quantifiable results.
- Thorough understanding of Amazon SEO, eBay operations, and key account health indicators.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central tools, including familiarity with Pan European FBA.
- Excellent communication abilities coupled with strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work autonomously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for driving growth in the e-commerce domain.
Stipend & Perks
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 4,000 to INR 6,000. Candidates will benefit from flexible working hours to accommodate their schedules.
