About the internship

This full-time, in-office graphic design internship at Eka Studio By Sana is a four-month opportunity for someone who wants hands-on creative work rather than template-based design. The role focuses on making original illustrations, contemporary graphics, and social-first visuals that will be published across channels such as Instagram and YouTube.

You will contribute to live brand content, help shape reels, carousels, and ad creatives, and learn how design choices influence social media performance and marketing impact. The studio offers room to experiment with layouts, typography, and styles while still working within a guided creative direction.

This is a chance to build a portfolio with real client-facing and brand-facing work, support visual storytelling, mood boards, and brand identity, and keep pace with current design trends and AI-assisted creative tools used in daily work.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 7 July 2026 and 11 August 2026, and commit to the full four-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in design. Women who are looking to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements and preferred profile

Strong visual thinking with a good eye for illustrations, whether vector, hand-drawn, or digital.
A neat, modern design sensibility with attention to spacing, typography, and layout balance.
Comfort using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Claude, and similar platforms.
Ability to distinguish premium-looking work from average design output.
Basic understanding of Instagram content formats such as reels covers, carousels, and hook-based visuals.
Awareness of branding, storytelling, and consistent visual identity.
Experience designing for ads or viral-style content will be an added advantage.

Stipend and compensation

The internship offers a stipend of INR 11,000 to 17,000 per month. The stipend structure includes fixed pay of INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month plus incentive pay of INR 1,000 to 2,000 per month.
