This role is suited to candidates who want to step into management, develop their skills, and move toward a General Manager position over time. Prior pizza-making expertise is not required on day one, as training will be provided.

Role Overview

This is a full-time restaurant management position with a clear path for advancement into higher leadership roles. The Assistant Manager supports daily store execution while helping drive customer satisfaction, team performance, and store results.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Store Manager to run restaurant operations smoothly.
• Coach, guide, and energize team members to perform at a high level.
• Ensure every shift delivers strong customer service.
• Help maintain standards for product quality, speed, and order accuracy.
• Manage scheduling, labor planning, and inventory control.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Oversee cash management, banking tasks, and profitability-related duties.
• Support local marketing activities aimed at increasing sales.

Training and Growth

New hires receive paid training that includes one-on-one coaching, online learning, and a three-day leadership capstone. The role also offers a structured career path toward General Manager and beyond.
