Role overview

This is a distinctive opportunity to join the KINTO team and work on-site at Molson Coors in Burton-upon-Trent. In this position, you will be central to supporting the KINTO brand and helping keep fleet operations running effectively.

In practical terms, the job serves as the main daily connection between drivers, suppliers and KINTO, with responsibility for ensuring the vehicle fleet is managed smoothly and in accordance with contractual, cost and compliance expectations.

What you will do

  • Act as the on-site contact for the customer’s fleet stakeholders.
  • Oversee the daily administration of the customer’s vehicle fleet, including salary sacrifice activity in coordination with the Molson Coors team at KINTO.
  • Respond to queries by phone, email and digital channels, using case management systems and aiming to resolve issues at first contact wherever possible.
  • Keep fleet and case management records accurate and up to date.
  • Develop, refresh and improve reporting to generate clear operational insight.
  • Manage pool cars, including physical inspections and arranging/monitoring valet work and mechanical repairs.
  • Handle the vehicle re-allocation process while maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Support drivers and fleet contacts throughout the full driver journey across a broad range of enquiries.
  • Validate payroll adjustments.
  • Build reliable, long-term working relationships through clear and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as an escalation contact for KINTO and Molson Coors to help ensure urgent issues are resolved promptly.
  • Attend weekly meetings with Molson Coors and KINTO, providing progress updates and escalating matters when needed.
  • Support the VIP process.

Experience and growth

  • You will strengthen your problem-solving skills by dealing with varied queries and escalations.
  • You will receive feedback from quality checks to help improve service delivery.
  • You will build relationships across multiple KINTO and Molson Coors teams and with a range of stakeholders.

Requirements

All KINTO-UK Ltd employees must successfully complete Enhanced Security Clearance. This includes checks covering employment history, family background and financial records.

For this role, you should bring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service-focused position, ideally in an office-based environment, or account management experience. You should also have GCSE-level English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification, along with strong business email writing, professional communication and relationship-building skills. The role also requires the ability to manage several priorities at once and organise your workload effectively.

Team culture and working style

You will join a high-performing customer service team and report to a Driver Support team leader, with Driver Support Specialists available to support your development. The team encourages fresh ideas and process improvements to help enhance the service delivered to Molson Coors.

This position is with KINTO-UK Ltd, a mobility brand owned by the Toyota Group. Although KINTO-UK shares HR support with Toyota Financial Services in the UK, the role itself is not a direct Toyota Financial Services position.

Benefits

KINTO offers a competitive benefits package designed to support wellbeing and development. Key benefits include a 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00, plus a hybrid arrangement of 2 home-working days per week after probation if you wish to use it.

You will receive 25 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays, with increases for long service and the option to buy and carry forward extra days. A car scheme becomes available after probation, offering up to 2 Toyota or Lexus vehicles at heavily discounted rates, with monthly costs covering insurance, tax, servicing and MOT.

The pension plan starts with 4% employee contribution and 11% employer contribution, with the option to flex up to 6% employee and 15% employer contributions. There is also an annual bonus of up to 5% of salary, subject to business performance.

Equal opportunities and recruitment support

KINTO UK is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. Applications are considered without regard to ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, family or parental status, national origin, veteran status, neurodiversity status or disability status.

The company is recognised as a Disability Confident Employer and aims to keep recruitment accessible. If you need adjustments, examples include sharing interview questions in advance, arranging a more suitable time or location, or allowing extra time for assessments and interviews. Adjustments are reviewed individually.

Training

On-the-job training will be provided. The team recognises that people learn in different ways and is open to tailoring training support to suit your learning style.
