Role Overview

The Concierge team creates the first impression for guests, and the Porter supports that experience through arrival assistance, guest service, and front entrance presentation.

Key Duties

• Greet guests warmly on arrival.
• Assist with carrying baggage and luggage handling.
• Support valet parking by moving and parking guest vehicles.
• Share information about hotel services and facilities.
• Keep the hotel entrance neat, clean, and presentable.
• Offer local tourism guidance, including suggestions for dining and entertainment.
• Encourage enrolment in the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
• Work across a flexible seven-day roster, including morning and afternoon shifts.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will present well, maintain a professional and friendly attitude, and genuinely enjoy hotel operations and high-quality customer service.

Experience and Qualifications

Applicants should have prior experience in a similar position.

• Must be able to handle heavy luggage when required.
• Should be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to deliver fast, efficient service; sales or upselling ability is an advantage.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
• Current C-class driver’s licence with manual transmission capability.
