Camp Boss (Worker's Accommodation)

Overview

ASIA Prime General Contracting Co. L.L.C. is hiring a Camp Boss to oversee worker accommodation operations in Dubai. The role focuses on keeping the camp running smoothly, maintaining living standards, and ensuring residents are housed in a safe, clean, and well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of day-to-day camp operations, including housekeeping and facility upkeep.
• Track staff attendance and work performance, and handle conduct or disciplinary matters when required.
• Work with HR and administration teams on room assignments, move-in/move-out formalities, and transportation arrangements for workers.
• Protect the health, safety, and security of all camp residents while following company rules and legal requirements.
• Keep accommodation areas clean, hygienic, and maintained to a high standard at all times.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience managing large labor accommodations, preferably in the construction sector.
• Solid knowledge of camp hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
• Demonstrated team leadership ability and confidence in resolving operational issues.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
