About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level or junior Data Analyst who is attentive, proactive, and eager to build a career in analytics. The position involves working with data to help guide business decisions and strengthen operational results. This opportunity is well suited to recent graduates and early-career candidates who want practical exposure and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information from multiple sources, then clean, structure, and prepare it for analysis.
- Review datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and useful insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visual representations for internal teams.
- Help maintain databases and support data quality and accuracy.
- Assist business teams by turning findings into practical, data-backed suggestions.
- Work with colleagues on analytics and reporting assignments.
- Record data workflows and keep documentation up to date.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis methods.
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python will be considered an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, plus solid organization.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in learning and growing professionally.
Qualifications
A diploma or bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a similar field is preferred. Recent graduates are welcome. Prior internship experience, academic data projects, or other hands-on exposure to analytics will be an added benefit.
