Role Overview

As a Creative Designer at Air Apps, you will be instrumental in crafting and sustaining the brand's visual identity across various media. Your work will encompass digital advertisements, social media visuals, landing pages, email newsletters, and printed collateral. Collaboration with multiple teams will help deliver seamless and compelling user experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and uphold a unified visual style adhering to brand guidelines.
Create dynamic graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layout designs suitable for web, print, and email campaigns.
Work alongside Marketing, Product, and Content departments to transform project requirements into impactful visual content.
Refine designs iteratively based on stakeholder feedback and user data analytics.
Conduct quality assurance to ensure high standards across all design outputs and channels.
Utilize professional design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, to produce assets in various formats.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a closely related discipline.
Approximately three years of experience designing digital marketing and social media materials.
A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and versatility.
Expertise in typography, color usage, layout techniques, and contemporary design principles.
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
Excellent communication, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote work environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
