Data Analyst

Overview

Our team is recruiting for a Haystack partner for a full-time Data Analyst position based in Nashville, Tennessee. This role focuses on improving how data is used during the implementation of the MEDITECH Expanse platform and making sure the data is structured, reliable, and meaningful for different stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Strengthen data usability for the MEDITECH Expanse platform rollout.
• Make sure information is normalized, accurate, and practical for cross-functional users.
• Connect clinical and technical needs by reviewing workflows and mapping data to established standards.
• Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to clarify and document requirements.
• Contribute deep knowledge of Expanse clinical workflows and the related data model.

What You Need

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in a healthcare-related environment.
• At least 7 years of experience working in a hospital setting, ideally in clinical, HIM, or billing functions.
• Hands-on experience with clinical coding.
• Background in data analysis and workflow analysis.
• Experience supporting EHR maintenance, build, or implementation; MEDITECH, EPIC, or Cerner experience is preferred.
