Deli Manager

Role Overview

Circle K is hiring a full-time Deli Manager for its Frankfield Service Station on Kinsale Rd in Curraghconway, Cork (T12 Y1YY). This is an on-site position with a 40-hour weekly agreement spread across 5 days.

Working Pattern

• You’ll be expected to remain fully flexible and available across the week.
• The role is based on a permanent contract with guaranteed weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities

As part of a busy retail environment, you will help lead the deli operation while keeping safety, customer experience, and team performance at the centre of the day-to-day work. You will use your initiative, work in a target-focused setting, and contribute to the smooth running of the store.

• Take overall ownership of the deli operation and ensure it runs efficiently for both customers and colleagues.
• Coach, train, and support team members in their daily work.
• Drive a high-quality customer experience across the store.
• Manage merchandising and presentation of the food range.
• Prepare food items and K Coffee.
• Carry out cleaning duties throughout the store.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will bring at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in a food-led setting. You should have a strong record of delivering consistent results, the ability to lead by example, and a genuine focus on service, ownership, and growth.
