Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to craft, enhance, and sustain cutting-edge web applications and software solutions that operate across the entire technology stack. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend services including APIs.
• Design and optimize database schemas and structure.
• Integrate third-party services ensuring smooth communication among different system components.
• Engage in architecture discussions, technical and code reviews, and release planning activities.
• Uphold high standards for code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges while optimizing application performance.
• Implement new features and maintain existing systems.
• Create reusable components and support automated testing efforts.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes and enhance development workflows.
• Monitor application health metrics and provide production environment support.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive technical excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, application architecture, and full software development lifecycle.
• Proficient with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Skilled in backend programming languages including but not limited to Node.js, Java, Python, C#, PHP, or Go.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, web services, and integration techniques.
• Knowledgeable in both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, and collaborative development processes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a bonus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong grasp of authentication, authorization, web security concepts, and secure coding standards.
• Competent in testing approaches, debugging strategies, and application performance tuning.
• Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and detail orientation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
