Supervisor

Role Overview

The Supervisor will oversee on-site operations, coordinate maintenance work, and help ensure that utility and industrial tasks are carried out efficiently. This position centers on planning, team supervision, safety adherence, and managing day-to-day workforce activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and regulate routine site operations along with maintenance-related work.
• Prepare work plans, distribute shifts and assignments, and track progress against schedule.
• Make sure all activities follow HSE requirements and permit-to-work procedures.
• Liaise with engineers, clients, and on-site personnel to keep execution running smoothly.
• Check productivity levels and drive timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Carry out site checks to verify quality standards and safety compliance.
• Keep accurate reports, work logs, and daily records of site activity.
• Handle on-site issues and assist with operational decisions as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI qualification in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in maintenance, utility, or industrial environments.
• Prior experience supervising site teams and overseeing operations.
• Good leadership ability, strong HSE understanding, and experience coordinating permit-to-work processes.
• Valid Kahramaa Electrical License is compulsory for applicants.

Additional Information

This position is based in Doha, Qatar and is intended for full-time, on-site work. The role is focused on utility/industrial site supervision, maintenance coordination, safety control, and workforce management.
