About the internship
Join a fast-moving aerospace startup focused on building advanced unmanned aerial vehicles for logistics and aerial monitoring. This role offers practical exposure to complete drone development, from concept creation through testing and flight-ready systems.
What you will work on
- Develop integrated mechatronic solutions for UAV platforms by bringing together mechanical, electrical, and embedded subsystems.
- Build CAD models and engineering drawings, and support prototyping and 3D printing activities.
- Work closely with embedded software and hardware teams to integrate systems and validate performance.
- Run simulations, perform testing, debug issues, and improve the overall performance of robotic systems.
- Create and refine control logic and automation-related components.
- Document technical work clearly and support manufacturing process planning.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 19 June 2026 and 24 July 2026, and continue for 6 months. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest, and the role specifically mentions Mechanical Engineering students as eligible. A background in mechatronics, robotics, mechanical engineering, or a related area is preferred.
Other requirements
- Knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or comparable tools.
