Join Cross Capital for a rigorous full-time internship based in Kolkata, where you will engage in outbound customer interactions and support financial advisory operations with an emphasis on lead generation and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outbound calling campaigns targeting potential clients.
Run credit report checks through Cibil data assessments.
Identify and document viable leads, forwarding them to supervisors for further processing.
Maintain and update daily tracking records related to calls made and leads generated.
Enhance call effectiveness continuously through self-driven learning and improvement.

Candidate Requirements

Must be available for a full-time in-office internship lasting 2 months.
Ability to commence work between July 9, 2026, and August 16, 2026.
Residency in Kolkata is essential.
Skills in interpersonal communication, effective verbal communication, and aptitude for self-learning.
Preference for female candidates; must be highly target-driven and quick learners.
Strong proficiency in spoken English, Bengali, and Hindi is required.

Additional Information

Stipend offered is structured as a fixed monthly component between ₹5,000 to ₹6,000, supplemented with an incentive payment ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000, totaling ₹7,000 to ₹11,000 per month.
