Work Schedule

The roster for this position follows the below hours:

• Sunday: 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM
• Monday: 3:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• Tuesday: 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM
• Friday: 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Key Duties

• Produce high-quality cakes and breads for the bakery department.
• Maintain strong Health and Safety and Food Safety standards while supporting a great customer experience.
• Support the training, development, and supervision of apprentices and other bakery team members.
