Role overview
This Project Manager position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on managing local project coordination, working closely with clients and government bodies, contributing to proposal creation and RFP responses, and supporting Milliman’s regional sales efforts for its products.

The firm serves insurers, government organizations, and other stakeholders across the GCC region.
This opportunity is for Milliman’s Saudi Arabia office and is intended for Saudi Nationals. The selected candidate will also support consulting assignments delivered for clients across the Middle East and GCC.
Core responsibilities
The role includes coordinating project plans, timelines, budgets, communications, presentations, analytical support, and quality processes to help ensure successful delivery of client work.
Project coordination and delivery
- Support the creation and monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and plans so they stay aligned with client needs and project objectives.
- Work with different functions and teams to keep deliverables moving smoothly and on time.
- Help define project scope, track milestones, and follow progress against agreed outcomes.
Communication and presentation support
- Prepare and update polished PowerPoint decks for client meetings, internal reviews, and project status updates.
- Assist with stakeholder communication by keeping timelines, deliverables, and changes clearly documented and shared.
- Respond to client and team queries in a timely manner using clear, data-backed explanations.
Analytical and technical support
- Assist with actuarial analysis, financial modelling, and structured data presentation for consulting work.
- Coordinate with actuarial and consulting specialists to validate assumptions and track progress.
- Draft supporting materials for project conclusions, analysis, and regulatory reporting when required.
Quality and process improvement
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, well maintained, and meets quality standards.
- Help improve processes for data collection, analysis, and presentation to make project work more efficient.
- Contribute to shared learning by organizing project documentation and capturing best practices.
Presentation design and storytelling
- Create client-ready presentations with strong visual structure, professionalism, and narrative flow.
- Translate complex actuarial information into simple, visually effective slides that highlight the main insights.
- Continuously refine templates and visual presentation standards to match brand and client expectations.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a closely related discipline. Advanced qualifications, including professional certifications such as Project Management Professional, are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or consulting support is required, ideally in actuarial or consulting environments.
Required capabilities
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, confidence in data management and reporting, and solid financial modelling ability. Advanced PowerPoint skills are essential, including the ability to demonstrate presentation quality through samples or a portfolio. Strong organization, communication, and time management skills are also important.
Applicants should be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, capable of turning complex information into clear presentations, comfortable handling several priorities at once, and effective as a collaborative, adaptable, and client-oriented problem solver.
Eligibility
This role is open to Saudi Nationals only. It is intended for professionals who can support consulting work for clients across the Middle East and GCC region.
