Senior Developer / Technical Lead - Java Spring Boot & Microservices

Role Summary

This position is for a Senior Developer / Technical Lead who will work on Java-based backend systems, Spring Boot applications, REST APIs, and microservices. The role is suited to someone with strong hands-on coding ability along with the capability to guide a technical team.

Experience

The required experience range is 5 to 10 years.

Technical Focus

The work will center on Java 8 and above, Spring Boot, and building scalable REST API and microservices solutions. The role also calls for practical programming experience in core backend engineering and system design support.

Key Technical Areas

• Implementation and optimization of data structures
• Handling multithreading, concurrency, and exception management
• Working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
• Writing and maintaining unit tests using JUnit
• Comfort with Linux/Unix development environments

Leadership Requirement

The position includes technical leadership responsibilities, including the ability to lead a team of 8 or more members.
