About the Role
Accenture New Zealand is hiring a ServiceNow Application/Web Developer to help deliver ServiceNow solutions that create clear business value. In this role, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert and work closely with different teams to design, support, and improve applications while contributing to successful client outcomes and the wider business.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, configure, and improve packaged software and SaaS solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and validate new features as well as enhancements to existing applications.
- Use declarative capabilities wherever possible to implement functionality efficiently.
- Support application releases to production, including release planning and scheduling activities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify needs, address issues, and deliver strong solutions.
Required Experience and Skills
- Advanced expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
- Advanced expertise in ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and related work.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of usability design.
- Working knowledge of web and server-based platform solutions.
- Working knowledge of design and build enablement.
