It is developing a complete EV technology stack, including advanced battery systems and intelligent control electronics, to power the next generation of electric vehicles. The team emphasizes innovation, speed, and building practical products from the ground up.
Role Overview
The company is hiring a Software Developer Intern who is enthusiastic about modern web application development and open to working across both frontend and backend layers. This opportunity is suited for someone who wants to build responsive, high-performance interfaces and scalable applications for EV and energy technology products while learning alongside experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create responsive, scalable, and high-quality frontend applications using current frameworks and best practices.
- Develop dashboards and user interfaces for live data views, fleet tracking, and operational workflows.
- Improve UI/UX quality, application performance, and compatibility across different browsers.
- Work with product and design teams to turn requirements into smooth user experiences.
- Connect frontend features to backend services using well-designed APIs.
- Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs that support the application layer.
- Handle real-time communication through WebSockets or other event-driven approaches.
- Manage state, data movement, and overall performance across the stack.
- Take part in architecture discussions, system design, and code reviews.
- Own features from development through deployment and production support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hands-on familiarity with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development practices.
- Good grasp of UI/UX fundamentals, responsive design, and performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.js or similar tools.
- Basic experience using REST APIs, integrating services, and understanding backend communication patterns.
- Exposure to databases such as MongoDB or SQL and general data handling.
- Nice to have experience with real-time tools such as WebSockets or Kafka.
- Understanding of cloud environments such as GCP or AWS and tools like Docker.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and basic system design concepts.
- Ability to take ownership and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with EV, IoT, or energy-related platforms is preferred, and candidates available to join immediately are also preferred.
