Key Responsibilities

• Direct engagement efforts to provide high-quality consulting solutions from problem definition through design, development, and deployment phases.
• Evaluate consultant-prepared proposals, guide teams, and scrutinize client solutions to detect and mitigate risks and issues effectively.
• Identify change management needs and develop comprehensive plans using diverse communication strategies to assist clients in managing transitions smoothly.
• Mentor and coach team members by creating inspiring visions and delivering subject matter expertise and timely feedback encouraging high performance.
• Contribute strategically to unit and organizational initiatives that enhance consulting solutions, complying with organizational standards and procedures.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong expertise in Python, Django, and PostgreSQL is mandatory.
• Experience or knowledge of RUST, Angular, and ReactJS is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Business acumen with strategy development skills and cross-industry thought leadership capabilities.
• Awareness of current technological advancements and industry trends.
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving qualities in addition to strong collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with two to three industry domains and financial project processes, including knowledge of various pricing models.
