Join Confluencr, a premier influencer marketing and digital advertising agency operating across 16 countries, including India. We amplify brand impact through strategic video campaigns on YouTube and Instagram. This internship focuses on video editing for dynamic short-form social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short videos tailored for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Create captivating event highlight reels, behind-the-scenes footage, and influencer clips during live events.
• Implement subtitles, text overlays, transitions, background audio, and fundamental motion graphics to enhance video appeal.
• Ensure rapid turnaround of premium edits during live event coverage.
• Collaborate closely with content, production, and influencer teams to manage and prioritize editing tasks.
• Export final videos in platform-specific formats and aspect ratios such as 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
• Organize all project assets meticulously and guarantee timely submission of completed edits.
• Maintain all video content aligned with brand guidelines and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic to intermediate skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, VN, Final Cut Pro, or comparable video editing software.
• Understanding of short-form content trends on social media and engaging storytelling techniques.
• Ability to deliver efficient, high-quality video edits.
• Experience with subtitling, transitions, audio mixing, and basic motion graphics.
• A creative and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Capacity to operate effectively under pressing deadlines during fast-paced events.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Possession of a personal laptop with installed video editing software is mandatory.

Internship Details and Eligibility

• Part-time position based onsite in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Duration: 6 months starting immediately.
• Weekly stipend between INR 2000 and 2500.
• Available openings: 10.
• Applicants must be able to start between July 24, 2026, and August 28, 2026.
• Commitment to at least one week of internship is required.
• Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in the field.
