Role Overview
This position focuses on keeping organizational records accurate, current, and easy to access. The selected candidate will handle information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal platforms, making sure records are well maintained and suitable for everyday business use.
Work will involve collecting information from a range of sources such as digital files, forms, reports, and existing records. You will check entries for correctness, spot gaps or mismatches, and make the necessary updates so that the data remains dependable.
In addition, the role includes filing and organizing documents, refreshing records, and assisting with simple reporting and administrative support. Timely data entry, adherence to internal processes, and consistent quality control are key expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Input new information and update existing records in databases, spreadsheets, or internal systems with a high level of accuracy
- Check documents and entries to confirm they are complete and correct
- Spot mistakes, mismatches, or other data issues and fix them appropriately
- Keep digital records and files neatly arranged and up to date
- Carry out routine validation checks to support data quality
- Assist with basic reports and administrative work as needed
- Work according to approved procedures and data handling standards
- Treat confidential information carefully and maintain privacy at all times
- Complete assigned work within deadlines without compromising accuracy
- Take on other data-related duties when required
Qualifications
- Excellent focus on detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
