Job description
Job Overview
G4S is hiring a professionally trained armed security guard in Jammu & Kashmir. The role involves safeguarding sites such as construction areas, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and factories. The selected candidate will support site security through patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, emergency response, and vigilance against suspicious or unlawful activity.
Key Duties
- Safeguard premises, assets, and sensitive information.
- Submit daily updates and reports to the supervisor as per the assigned process.
- Follow company policies and operating procedures without exception.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental requirements at all times.
- Operate and oversee security equipment and related systems.
- Manage entry and exit of people, materials, and vehicles.
- Conduct foot patrols to identify unsafe conditions or risks to people and property.
- Inspect external parking areas to protect vehicles and spot unauthorized access.
- Prepare written reports whenever required.

Eligibility
Applicants should be physically and medically fit, appear mature, be between 25 and 40 years of age, have at least a 10th pass qualification, stand at least 5 feet 7 inches tall, and hold a valid armed license.
