Role overview
GTG Training Centre in Wolverhampton is looking for a reliable, well-organised Cleaner to help keep the site clean, safe and presentable. The role covers offices, the bodyshop, the tyre store, the catering area and toilet facilities.
Working hours
This is a part-time position with the following schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Friday, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
What the role involves
- Maintaining a spotless and tidy environment across the centre.
- Supporting the team to ensure the building runs smoothly and remains visually well kept.
- Carrying out routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting and bin emptying.
- Cleaning glass surfaces and carrying out deeper cleans of toilet areas.
- Keeping the catering space clean and hygienic.
Skills and qualities needed
- Strong organisational ability and the capacity to handle more than one task at a time.
- High standards of cleanliness with close attention to detail.
- Good punctuality and time management.
- Confidence to work independently when needed.
- Willingness to follow instructions and complete PPE-related training.
Desirable experience
Previous experience in cleaning would be useful, although it is not a requirement.
