Role Overview

The Cleaning Operative will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness on the assigned site, working in line with management direction. The role also involves handling cleaning equipment properly, supporting positive client relationships, and dealing with questions or complaints in a timely manner.

Key Duties

• Carry out cleaning tasks to the standard required by management.
• Use cleaning tools and equipment correctly and maintain them with care.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients on site.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to queries or complaints.
• Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning is required, including the ability to carry out manual cleaning work.
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable and reliable.
