About the Role
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations, managing cleaning staff, conducting site inspections, and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained. Key duties include managing cleaning supplies inventory, providing support to the Cleaning Manager, communicating with clients, and occasionally overseeing or performing specialized cleaning tasks. A valid driver's license is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Strictly adhere to established cleaning schedules and complete all assigned tasks within the designated timeframes.
- Implement measures to minimize waste and ensure the efficient utilization of cleaning consumables.
- Support headquarters' initiatives aimed at enhancing manpower productivity and reducing operational costs.
- Follow cleaning Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and time schedules meticulously.
- Continuously improve personal work competency and strive to meet the company's cleaning performance benchmarks.
- Communicate any challenges encountered to your immediate supervisor.
- Successfully complete all mandatory training modules.
- Comply rigorously with all company-mandated safety procedures and protocols.
- Promptly report any unsafe working conditions or equipment defects.
- Ensure all customer feedback is communicated to your immediate supervisor.
- Maintain professional conduct with clients at all times.
- Attend to ad-hoc instructions from supervisors promptly.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Significant experience in an operations or management capacity, particularly within the cleaning or facilities management sectors, is highly desirable.
