Role Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, checking, and maintaining data from different sources while ensuring the information remains accurate and dependable. The role involves turning large volumes of data into meaningful insights that support business and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile, structure, verify, and update data collected from multiple sources to maintain reliability and consistency.
• Study large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, business possibilities, and operational insights.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and visual summaries for leadership decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and share practical recommendations that help improve performance.
• Keep data quality under review, spot mismatches, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Work closely with business teams to understand reporting needs and develop suitable analytical outputs.
• Use predictive analysis and trend forecasting to support planning and future strategy.
• Share insights and recommendations with management to support strategic and day-to-day decisions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong command of advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and preferably VBA.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database handling.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization.
• Ability to build clear and effective data visualizations.
• Understanding of statistical analysis methods.
• Good data interpretation and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in reporting and MIS management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Business acumen to connect data with outcomes.

Additional Information

This is a paid full-time role based in Faridabad, India. The salary range offered is INR 5,00,000 to INR 7,50,000 per year. Any graduate may apply.
