Key responsibilities

  • Check legal paperwork and route it through internal platforms and email workflows
  • Work alongside the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams on assigned initiatives
  • Look into issues and correct mismatched or missing information when needed
  • Take part in recurring training to strengthen understanding of company and industry procedures
  • Handle other tasks or special assignments requested by management

Required qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Comfort with repetitive work while maintaining strong accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a typing rate of 50 to 60 words per minute

Preferred background

  • No prior experience is required; previous data entry experience is considered an advantage
  • Exposure to technology and digital tools is preferred
