This is a daytime-only brunch opportunity, so you can earn money during the day and still be home by dinner time. The concept operates for breakfast and lunch only.
Role Summary
The Dish Tech is responsible for keeping tableware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment clean, while maintaining an orderly and sanitary dish area.
What You’ll Do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and other kitchen items.
- Maintain a neat, organized dish room and keep the equipment area in good order.
- Load, operate, and unload the dishwashing machine.
- Clean and maintain the dish machine, and promptly report any mechanical or performance issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines and sanitation standards consistently.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Comfortably work in a hot, wet, humid, and noisy environment for extended periods.
- Be able to stand for long stretches, including shifts of up to 10 hours.
- Move, reach, bend, and stoop as needed throughout the shift.
- Safely handle and lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.

Requirements
- No previous restaurant background is necessary.
- Must be able to wash and clean tableware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Must be able to keep the dish area and equipment clean, organized, and functioning properly.
- Must be capable of working in challenging kitchen conditions for long periods.
- Must be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
- Must be able to remain standing for up to 10 hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
