About the Role

Visualize Interior Decoration LLC is seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer to join their team in Dubai. This role is crucial for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the interior decoration industry and a proven ability to manage costs effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and competitive quotations.
• Conduct thorough cost estimations for various interior fit-out projects.
• Manage and submit tender documents accurately and on time.
• Perform precise take-offs and measurements from project plans.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather necessary information and pricing.
• Implement cost control measures throughout project lifecycles.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and generate detailed reports.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer, specifically within the Interior Fit-Out sector.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated proficiency in estimation software like AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or similar tools for measurements and take-offs.
• A solid grasp of interior fit-out construction methodologies, materials, and cost management principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail for accurate measurements, take-offs, and financial assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prior experience in the UAE market is highly advantageous.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Dubai.
