About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our client's Marketing team, focusing on creating compelling visuals for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic setting, collaborate effectively with various teams, and possess a keen eye for detail. This is a part-time role, requiring 20-30 hours per week, and is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Design: Develop web assets such as landing page graphics, banners, hero images, icons, and UI elements that align with brand standards and conversion objectives. Create engaging email graphics for campaigns, newsletters, and promotions, optimized for mobile viewing and performance. Produce diverse social media content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube, including static, carousel, and basic motion graphics. Ensure brand identity is maintained across all digital platforms while adapting designs to specific best practices. Utilize AI tools to improve design workflows and asset creation efficiency. Strictly adhere to and uphold the company’s brand and style guidelines.
  • Print Design: Design marketing and sales collateral, including brochures and trifolds. Create branded merchandise and promotional items, ensuring files are print-ready. Develop materials for events such as booth graphics, signage, banners, and conference collateral. Prepare final files for production, liaise with vendors, and guarantee quality and color accuracy.
  • Workflow & Collaboration: Deliver high-quality design assets promptly, often within 45-60 minutes. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet stringent deadlines. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, web, and leadership teams to bring creative concepts to fruition. Maintain and update brand guidelines, and organize shared design assets for easy access.

Qualifications
