About the Role

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be instrumental in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, contributing significantly to a positive guest journey. You will be empowered to manage your workspace and execute tasks efficiently. This role involves attending to guest requests, managing service carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and performing other related duties to ensure our spaces enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Manage and organize service carts with necessary supplies.
  • Perform various housekeeping duties to ensure high standards of hotel cleanliness.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain an active posture, including standing, prolonged standing, sitting, and walking.
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects weighing up to 23 kg without assistance.
  • Commitment to upholding company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication.
  • Ensure confidentiality of guest and company information.
