Role overview
TouchPoint Support Services is looking to add full-time Housekeepers right away in Pell City, Alabama. This position supports a healthcare environment where cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail help create a healing setting for patients, families, and visitors.
Work location
UAB St. Vincent St. Clair, 7063 Veterans Parkway, Pell City, AL 35125. Applications are accepted online only.
Schedule
This is a full-time role with variable days. Shift options include 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Additional scheduling details will be discussed during the interview.
Pay
The position offers a fixed wage of $14.00 per hour.

Job summary
The role focuses on keeping facilities clean, orderly, and ready for use. Work includes routine room, hallway, and surface cleaning, along with basic housekeeping tasks that help maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive customer service with a strong focus on detail.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish flooring.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery when needed.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixed items.
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty trash receptacles and clean them as required.
- Dispose of waste in a hygienic manner.
- Clean sinks, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipe and clean glass surfaces.
- Make beds and replace linens as needed.
- Restore furniture and amenities to the correct layout.
- Answer guest questions and service requests.
- Respond to housekeeping issues such as spills or broken glass.
- Support teammates and maintain professionalism with guests, coworkers, and others.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Ability to carry out essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- For certain roles, Florida Level 2 background screening may be required.
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.
