Role overview

This position supports production by helping run equipment, watching product flow, and keeping the work area orderly and safe. The goal is to help the team produce quality output efficiently while maintaining strong housekeeping and safety standards.

Key duties

• Step in for operations staff during breaks, vacations, and other absences.
• Assist with operating equipment as needed.
• Carry out fire watch responsibilities.
• Handle general cleaning tasks across the work area.
• Clean equipment to support safe and efficient operation.
• Sort product according to required standards.
• Take an active role in environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Keep assigned areas neat and well maintained.
• Support improvement initiatives and projects.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
