About the Role
Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Management Analyst to spearhead various initiatives. This role involves leading project management and control activities for business process and information modeling projects. The analyst will also be responsible for overseeing strategic planning, multi-year programming, and coordinating capability management boards to ensure strategic goals are met. Effective communication and alignment with leadership and stakeholders are crucial for driving successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program management tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and key deliverables for strategic planning and multi-year programming efforts.
- Organize and facilitate critical meetings, briefings, and decision-making forums.
- Ensure IT strategy aligns with established directives through thorough analysis and reporting.
- Support the creation and management of business cases, multi-year programming, and investment tracking.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops for executive leadership.
- Proactively identify and address project risks and issues to ensure smooth progress.
- Provide executive leadership with regular updates on task progress, milestones, and outcomes.
- Manage and maintain essential project documentation, artifacts, and deliverables.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with a preference for project management within the healthcare or government sectors.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project and SharePoint, is necessary.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities is critical.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with strategic planning and multi-year programming methodologies is a plus.
