About the Role

Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Management Analyst to spearhead various initiatives and lead project management, planning, and control activities for business process and information modeling projects. This position involves overseeing strategic planning and multi-year programming, coordinating capability management boards, ensuring strategic goal alignment, and providing robust project management support. The analyst will collaborate closely with leadership, board leads, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead program management tasks, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for strategic planning and multi-year programming efforts.
  • Organize and lead meetings, briefings, and decision-making forums.
  • Ensure IT strategy is aligned with organizational directives through thorough reporting and analysis.
  • Support the creation and management of business cases, multi-year programming, and investment tracking.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops for leadership teams.
  • Identify and address project risks, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Provide regular progress updates, milestone achievements, and outcome reports to executive leadership.
  • Manage and maintain all project documentation, critical artifacts, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with a preference for project management roles in the healthcare or government sectors.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
  • Possess the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hold a PMP or comparable project management certification.
  • Have a solid understanding of strategic planning and multi-year programming methodologies.
