Role overview

We are seeking a Middle Project Manager with solid experience in project delivery and process implementation. This role focuses on building and rolling out internal systems and business processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working directly with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities

You will manage internal projects from the point of defining requirements through to delivery and process adoption. The role includes working with users and stakeholders to uncover needs, shape project requirements, and connect business teams with technical teams to keep everyone aligned. You will also help implement new tools, products, or workflows into current operations, track risks and dependencies, support change management, monitor KPIs, and report progress to leadership.

What we are looking for

We need someone with at least 3 years of project management experience, practical exposure to business process analysis or optimization, and experience developing product workflows. Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and delivery skills are essential, along with a data-informed approach and the ability to adjust quickly when priorities change. Experience using AI or introducing AI into products or business processes is also required, and English proficiency at B2 level or higher is needed.

This is a remote, full-time contract role based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
