About the Role
We are seeking a Middle Project Manager to oversee the creation and rollout of internal systems and business processes. This position calls for someone who brings solid project management experience, a practical understanding of process implementation, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. The role is remote and contract-based, and it focuses on improving how teams work through structured delivery and change execution.
Hiring Process

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the entire internal project flow, from gathering requirements to delivering the solution and embedding the process into day-to-day operations.
- Running stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to understand needs, test assumptions, and convert findings into clear project inputs.
- Acting as the link between business teams and technical teams so expectations, decisions, and execution stay aligned.
- Tracking risks, blockers, and dependencies while defining practical mitigation plans.
- Driving the launch of new tools, products, or process changes within existing workflows.
- Supporting change management efforts and adjusting quickly when priorities, requirements, or business conditions shift.
- Following project progress and key performance indicators to ensure delivery supports business goals.
- Gathering and interpreting data to inform recommendations and decisions.
- Preparing status updates and progress reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Spotting opportunities to improve processes and remove inefficiencies across teams.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Practical background in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability with both business and technical audiences.
- A decision-making style grounded in data and analysis.
- Exposure to AI, or experience introducing AI into products or business workflows.
- Strong planning and delivery skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
