A global manufacturing company is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee a high-volume production site in the Greater Milwaukee / Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin area. The role is intended for a leader who has worked in highly structured manufacturing settings and can drive both operational execution and financial performance.

The preferred experience comes from process-focused manufacturing environments such as food packaging, thermoforming, paper and converting, consumer packaging, or automotive manufacturing.

What the role calls for

The right candidate will bring a strong engineering foundation, deep exposure to lean manufacturing and TPM, and preferably Six Sigma experience. Experience managing large teams in a manufacturing setting is important, along with a demonstrated ability to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Compensation

The package includes a base salary of $125,000 to $175,000, plus bonus potential, relocation support, and full benefits.
