Project Manager

Role overview

We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager to drive the delivery of several digital initiatives spanning websites, portals, and customer-facing digital platforms. The work will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners to launch new digital capabilities, improve existing platforms, integrate systems, and enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery cycle for digital platform, website, and portal projects from initiation through completion.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, issue trackers, and dependency maps.
• Partner with business stakeholders to clarify scope, objectives, and measurable success outcomes.
• Manage coordination across internal teams and external partners, including vendors, developers, architects, business analysts, and testing teams.

Key requirements

• Hands-on background delivering digital platform, website, portal, or application implementation projects.
• Solid project management experience in a complex enterprise setting.
• Ability to juggle multiple live projects while balancing changing priorities.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams such as Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, UX/UI Designers, Testers, and Change Managers.
