About the Role

The Vensure Innovation Project Manager will be responsible for managing and analyzing key change initiatives across the enterprise. This role involves coordinating and ensuring the successful completion of projects by aligning stakeholders, guiding project teams, and maintaining comprehensive project plans.

Responsibilities

  • Align project sponsors and stakeholders on project objectives, scope, milestones, and timelines through a standardized project framing exercise.
  • Facilitate project stakeholder identification and engagement to ensure proper involvement and communication.
  • Guide and coach the project team in following Agile SDLC practices.
  • Develop and maintain project plans using Smartsheet, detailing tasks, owners, due dates, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Communicate tasks to owners, secure buy-in for ownership and due dates, and manage changes as necessary.
  • Utilize MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Smartsheet for project communication, integration, and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings with multi-departmental resources, driving consensus and identifying implications of new needs or scope changes.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between project teams and senior management for status updates, issue escalations, and key decisions.
  • Track and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), remove obstacles, and escalate as needed to maintain project momentum.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

  • Proficiency in MSOffice Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Experience with project scheduling tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project.
  • Experience managing projects within an Agile-Scrum SDLC framework.
  • Familiarity with using AI to enhance daily work activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and active listening skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and meeting facilitation capabilities.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Skill in facilitating consensus, even outside personal areas of expertise.
  • Capacity to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Comfort in collaborating with senior leadership.

Additional Information
