Job description
About the role
Sodexo is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of technology and digital initiatives within its Technology Digital and Data (TDDI) function. The role is focused on delivering outcomes on schedule, within budget, and in line with scope, while supporting the company’s strategic priorities and standards for operational excellence.
This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. You will also operate within established portfolio governance processes to maintain visibility, accountability, and strong delivery quality.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee technology and digital projects from launch through completion.
- Set up and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans so they support business objectives.
- Work within Sodexo’s portfolio governance structure and maintain accurate, timely reporting.
- Share clear progress updates, including status, risks, issues, and dependencies, with stakeholders and governance groups.
- Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to keep alignment and support effective decisions.
- Handle vendors and delivery partners so contractual commitments and delivery expectations are met.
- Spot potential risks, issues, and dependencies early and put mitigation actions in place.
- Support and connect cross-functional teams, including managing links between related portfolio workstreams.
- Assist with resource planning and prioritisation alongside functional leads.
- Make sure delivery methods and outputs remain aligned with Sodexo standards, governance, and operating practices.
Experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of end-to-end delivery experience across technology or digital projects. A solid grasp of project management methods is important, along with experience in structured governance and portfolio-led environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is a delivery-oriented approach. Experience working with vendors or third-party delivery teams is also required. Familiarity with portfolio reporting platforms such as Triskell or similar tools will be considered an advantage.
A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related area is preferred, along with a project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or an Agile credential.
Benefits and additional information
- Attractive compensation and employment stability in an essential services sector.
- Access to more than 100 retail discounts and several salary packaging options.
- A collaborative team environment with strong support from colleagues.
- Training opportunities and room to grow your career within Sodexo.

Candidates are asked to submit a resume that outlines relevant experience and availability. Those selected for the next stage will be contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview, where further questions can be answered and more detail about the role will be shared.
