Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site recruitment position based in the Riyadh Region. The Recruiter will manage the hiring process from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers and HR to identify staffing needs and attract the right talent. The role includes drafting vacancy descriptions, publishing roles across different channels, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, coordinating assessments, and helping shape selection decisions. The Recruiter will also support onboarding, strengthen candidate engagement, track hiring data, remain aligned with company policies and Saudi labor rules, and contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
The Recruiter will oversee complete hiring workflows, from requisition intake through to offer support and onboarding coordination. This includes preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and organizing assessments.
The role also requires close coordination with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, selection standards, and workforce requirements, while keeping candidate pipelines active and organized. Maintaining a positive candidate journey, supporting recruitment reporting, and assisting with employer branding activities are also part of the job.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing hiring steps. Strong outreach skills are needed for building relationships with candidates through job boards, professional networks, and social platforms.
The ideal applicant can work effectively with HR and hiring managers, has a solid understanding of recruitment practices and talent acquisition methods, and is familiar with basic Saudi labor laws and regulations. Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, organization, and time management abilities are important, especially when handling several open positions at once.
Experience in construction, engineering, or safety-related environments is considered an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area is preferred, although equivalent professional experience may also be accepted. Familiarity with ATS platforms, HR systems, and MS Office is expected. The role also calls for a strong commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and inclusive hiring.
