Role overview

This role is for an experienced recruiter supporting the United Kingdom market. The position is focused on hiring for experienced roles up to ML3 and below, with accountability for the full recruitment cycle and for bringing in talent that improves business performance and strengthens the organization’s talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with IR/HR partners and hiring managers to translate workforce priorities, talent plans, and resourcing needs into practical hiring actions.
  • Deliver recruitment outcomes that balance speed, quality, cost control, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
  • Operate mainly for the UK primary market while being prepared to support additional markets as business needs change, including collaboration across time zones.
  • Own the end-to-end experienced hire process, ensuring the process is smooth, high quality, and compliant.
  • Run job briefings, assessments, offer stages, and regret communication while maintaining strong hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Build strong knowledge of the UK market, including business needs, country requirements, and cultural factors that affect hiring success.
  • Partner with sourcers to develop and maintain pipelines for priority skill areas and ensure a consistent flow of strong candidates.
  • Represent the employer brand and employee value proposition clearly and convincingly in every interaction.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate journey that helps convert interest into successful hires.
  • Build trusted working relationships with business leadership, HR partners, and talent advisors.
  • Collaborate across business areas and with the wider HR/IR ecosystem to support end-to-end resourcing delivery, including sourcing, marketing, assessments, onboarding, HR advice, policy and benefits, and pay teams.
  • Contribute to the wider global recruiter community and support local, regional, and global improvement initiatives when needed.
  • Identify process and tool improvements, protect compliance, and maintain high standards for data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support standardized hiring processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience and professional strengths

  • Bring at least 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience across UK and/or European markets.
  • Have strong hands-on knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and talent strategy.
  • Understand UK/EU HR practices and local employment legislation.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence candidates and stakeholders.
  • Work well in a team and help create an inclusive, supportive environment.
  • Handle difficult conversations and shifting market conditions with professionalism and confidence.
  • Use data and insights to track performance and inform hiring strategy.
  • Manage multiple roles and priorities effectively at the same time.
  • Show strong digital and analytical ability to study market hiring trends and manage KPIs independently.
  • Be resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a changing business and talent environment.
  • Show commitment to compliance, data quality, and strong administrative discipline.
  • Bring curiosity, a learning mindset, and the ability to help create a psychologically safe and inclusive workplace.

Working pattern

The schedule follows a fixed shift aligned to the markets supported, with working hours from 12 pm to 9 pm. The position is hybrid, with three days each week required in the office.

There is also an expectation of reasonable flexibility to shift working hours when needed for meetings with candidates, hiring managers, or other stakeholders across time zones. This may occasionally include work outside the standard shift.

Candidates who need specific flexible working arrangements are encouraged to share those needs. Any flexibility will be considered in line with the role requirements and local country policy.
