  • Negotiate subcontract scope, pricing, schedules, and terms within assigned procurement authority.
  • Prepare, route, and maintain subcontract agreements, amendments, changes, and required flow-down clauses.
  • Track subcontract performance and keep detailed files, reports, and correspondence to support ongoing administration.
  • Coordinate final closeout activities and confirm that all deliverables, records, and contractual obligations are completed.
  • Develop productive working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to help projects succeed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement, subcontract administration, contract management, or a similar area.
  • Working knowledge of subcontracting in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or government contracting settings.
  • Hands-on experience reviewing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements and procurement documents.
  • Familiarity with agreement structures such as Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Cost-Reimbursable contracts.
  • Preferred knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and related government contracting rules.
  • Strong negotiation ability along with relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and procurement, ERP, or contract management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus strong organization and analytical thinking.
  • High attention to detail, sound problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage several priorities at once.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
