Role overview
This remote Supply Chain Analyst position is focused on managing par levels for consignment and warehouse inventory sites throughout the U.S. network. The analyst will use data analysis to maintain, refine, and track inventory targets, while also supporting order oversight and providing insights that improve service levels, budget performance, and inventory efficiency. The job is an individual contributor role and can be performed fully virtually from anywhere in the United States, with no territory or location proximity requirement.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update par levels and reorder points for hospital accounts and warehouse locations in line with defined standards.
- Study usage trends, product assortment shifts, and business changes to shape par level recommendations.
- Coordinate with Area Business Analysts, IPMs, BOMs, and other field partners to review inventory needs and par settings.
- Use established governance rules and analytical methods to document and justify par level adjustments.
- Review CRT orders where needed to confirm alignment with par levels, budget goals, inventory turnover, and excess and obsolete inventory risk.
- Track open and pending SAP orders, support order completion, and flag potential supply or fulfillment issues.
- Create and maintain Ops Intelligence reports covering par levels, order activity, and performance against budget.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or another closely related discipline is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, finance, or analytical work, including exposure to field-based or consignment inventory environments.
- Strong command of Excel and Power BI is essential.
Preferred experience
- Prior experience using SAP or another ERP platform is preferred.
Compensation and benefits

- USN: $66,500 to $101,800
- US5: $69,800 to $106,900
- US10: $73,200 to $112,000
- US15: $76,500 to $117,100
- US20: $79,800 to $122,200
- US30: $86,500 to $132,300
