Junior Project Manager

Overview

This is a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst position based in London, with three days per week required onsite. The salary is up to £55,000, plus company benefits.

You will be joining a specialist mortgage lender that is expanding quickly and investing in product, technology, and process improvement. The role sits within the Product team and focuses on delivering business change across the organisation. It is a strong opportunity for someone with mortgage-sector experience who wants to grow a career in project delivery, change management, and business analysis.

Role summary

Reporting to the Business Analysis Lead, you will help coordinate projects and support change delivery across the mortgage lifecycle. The position involves working with teams across Product, Operations, Underwriting, Sales, Compliance, Technology, and external partners to make sure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.

Key duties

You will be expected to manage the day-to-day coordination of projects and contribute to analysis work where required. The work will include planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, documentation, testing support, and readiness activities for implementation.
