About the Role
Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Management Analyst to spearhead various initiatives. This role involves leading project management and planning activities for business process and information modeling projects. The analyst will also be responsible for overseeing strategic planning, multi-year programming, and coordinating capability management boards to ensure strategic goals are met. Effective communication and alignment with leadership, board leads, and stakeholders are crucial for the successful execution of these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage program management tasks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and deliverables for strategic planning and multi-year programming (MYP).
- Organize and facilitate meetings, briefings, and decision-making forums.
- Ensure IT strategy aligns with organizational directives through thorough reporting and analysis.
- Support the creation and management of business cases, multi-year programs, and investment tracking.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with senior leadership.
- Identify and address project risks, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Provide regular progress updates, milestone achievements, and outcomes to executive management.
- Maintain and manage all project documentation, critical artifacts, and deliverables.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with a preference for project management roles in the healthcare or government sectors.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent command of both written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and collaboration platforms like SharePoint.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Familiarity with strategic planning and multi-year programming methodologies.
